I decided to try the steak, cooked to order with a peppercorn sauce, chips, and salad. the steak was perfectly cooked to my liking, and the peppercorn sauce added a delicious flavor to each bite. the chips were crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, and the salad was fresh and vibrant. I also sampled the Roasted West Country Top Rump of Beef with Yorkshire pudding. the beef was tender and flavorful, and the Yorkshire pudding was a comforting and classic addition to the dish. the seasonal vegetables and roast potatoes complemented the meal perfectly, creating a well-rounded and satisfying dining experience. Overall, I was impressed with the quality of the food at the hotel's restaurant. the use of locally sourced ingredients was evident in the taste and freshness of the dishes. I would highly recommend dining at the restaurant during your stay for a memorable and enjoyable culinary experience.
